Paris Design Week 2025

In September 2025, Julia A. Etedi was invited to exhibit a series of her works at the renowned Duvivier Canapés showroom, during Paris Design Week.
Her creations — subtle yet expressive — engage in a silent conversation with the exceptional artisanal furniture, weaving a poetic bond between forms, materials, and space.
This collaboration reveals the artist’s ability to forge bridges between craftsmanship, heritage, and modernity, and to show how each object — whether a seat, a sculpture or an installation — can transcend utility to become a meaningful symbol.

Brand collab : Paloma x Julia A. Etedi

Julia A. Etedi has collaborated with Paloma Collection, a brand whose values and universe she deeply connects with. Paloma highlights women, entrepreneurs, and mothers by reinventing maternity wear into premium, comfortable, and feminine pieces.

It was only natural to imagine a unique Instagram post: a gender reveal of her third child, wearing the sublime Paloma dress in the Tokyo print. This collaboration reflects an authentic meeting between Julia’s artistic universe and Paloma’s inspiring vision — where self-confidence, comfort, and beauty come together, above all showcasing a woman who embraces herself and feels at ease in her own skin.

Massa stories : painting a fisherman’s cave

In December 2023, Julia A. Etedi was invited by Margaux Derhy to paint a fisherman’s cave in Massa, Morocco.
A place steeped in symbolism, the cave was transformed through her gestures into an intimate and sensitive sanctuary — a space of contemplation bridging the shelter of the walls and the opening to the outside world.

A subtle connection emerged between the sea and the cave, with the artist becoming a true link between sky, dune, and ocean. By projecting the movements of nature onto the hand-carved irregular walls, she created an organic work in resonance with the spirit of the place.

The traditions associating caves with rites of initiation deeply marked her experience, giving this residency the dimension of a profound metamorphosis.

The Power of Art in Interiors

Art has the ability to transform a space.
It does more than decorate a wall — it creates atmosphere, evokes emotions, and brings a unique identity to an interior.

Through my abstract language, I design works that resonate with those who live or work within the space. Each painting becomes a presence: a mirror of emotions, a source of inspiration, or a reminder of what truly matters.

Whether in private homes or corporate environments, my artworks have brought warmth, depth, and meaning — turning interiors into places where people feel connected, uplifted, and inspired every day.

Mural painting for Singulart offices in Paris

In 2021, Julia A. Etedi was invited to create a mural at the headquarters of Singulart.
The ambition: to embody, through her abstract language, the values that drive the platform — openness, travel, the promotion of artists on an international scale, and the strength of the creative community.

The mural, a true visual manifesto, was inaugurated in the presence of the entire Singulart team, in a moment of artistic celebration and connection.
